The basic building block for all consultations.

This system facilitates pre-appointment administrative tasks, such as payment or consent forms. Afterwards, patients are guided to the waiting “room.” When their care provider is ready, they can review a patient’s case file and receive the patient. The clinician can also refer patients to a specialized colleague through this module, directly scheduling them an appointment or enabling them to book an appointment themselves.

This service also supports:

Chat24 allow patients to chat with care providers and care planners. Chats can be utilized both asynchronously (like a secure email service) or synchronously (in real-time).

Clinicians can leverage fully configurable standard phrases and send out medical questionnaires and self-assessments during chats.

Additionally, care staff can handle multiple simultaneous chat sessions (depending on region and network healthcare policies).

Video24 enables secure audio and video meetings between patients and their care providers.

Clinicians can easily switch between chat and video as needed, making drop-in consultations easier than ever. Additionally, before a consultation starts, patients can be asked to test their hardware to minimise technical issues in advance.

Group24 makes it possible to support multiple parties in chat and video sessions.

Both patient representatives (e.g., interpreters or relatives) and professional staff (e.g., other clinicians or social workers) can be added to the consultation, enabling a truly integrated and engaging care process.

Clinicians can collaborate efficiently by using an internal chat or video call to contact one or several other colleagues and discuss a difficult patient case or holistic care options.

An even more powerful feature of this module is “consultation appointments,” which serve as an interactive referral. One doctor can create a consultation appointment with another, and this will immediately appear in a second doctor’s queue. Once this doctor becomes available, they can immediately connect.

This clinical decision support module allow healthcare networks or systems to add relevant medical content for all kinds of consultations.

Treatment guidelines help ensure compliance with standard protocols and increase medical safety. This can include recommended examinations and investigations or even symptom-specific warnings and suggested actions.

For example, a certain rare set of symptoms that indicate risk for malignancy could be flagged with an automated suggestion for clinicians to refer the patient to an appropriate specialist.
